The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and return the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a period of no more than 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to receive the goods back within a period of 20 days. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a fault of the BUYER or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to the fault of the BUYER. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and damages that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products during the withdrawal period. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below the campaign threshold due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

REFUND &PAYMENT REFUNDS The refund of the accepted return of your product to your credit card depends on your bank reflecting the positive balance on your credit card statement, and it may take 2-3 weeks. The bank transfer refund process of the accepted return of your product is made to your bank account within a maximum of 7 working days, depending on your bank.
