Plain eyelets are made of brass. The product is resistant to rust. Patterned eyelets can be used decoratively to add visual appeal or functionally, depending on where they are used. While they have a wide range of uses, they are most commonly found in shoes, shirts, blouses, work clothes, bodysuits, knitwear, denim shirts, and also baby and children's products. The bottom part varies depending on the intended use.
Plain eyelets consist of 3 parts:

Plastic washer part,
Metal washer part.
Application:
With special stamping molds;
Hand press,
Hand-operated machine,
Motorized and automatic machines are used for stamping.
Size:
Patterned eyelets can be produced in different sizes and dimensions. Ata İmalat can manufacture them according to the dimensions specified in the reference table.
Logo:
Desired designs can be applied to plain eyelets. These are shown in the size chart. (For logo printing, you can contact Ata Manufacturing by filling out the form on the contact page.)
Features:
We can provide information on how to attach the eyelet by testing on the mock-ups you send to Ata Manufacturing. If there is a difference in thickness at the attachment point, we recommend drilling the holes. We can also prepare a data sheet report to inform you about how to attach it. Patterned eyelets can be produced in the desired colors by selecting from the coating color chart.
