Brass eyelets have a wide range of uses, but are most commonly used in shoes, shirts, blouses, work clothes, bodysuits, knitwear, denim shirts, and baby and children's products. The base part varies depending on the application.
Brass eyelets consist of 3 parts:

Eyelet or capsule part,
Plastic washer part,
Metal washer part.
Application:
They are applied using special stamping molds;
Hand press,
Hand-operated machine,
Motorized and automatic machines.
Size:
Domed eyelets can be produced in various sizes and dimensions. Ata Manufacturing can produce them according to the dimensions specified in the reference table.
Logo:
Logos can be applied to some sizes of brass eyelets. (For logo printing, you can contact Ata Manufacturing by filling out the form on the contact page).
Features:
Ata Manufacturing can provide information on how to install brass eyelets by conducting tests on the mock-ups you send us. If there are differences in thickness at the installation location, we recommend drilling the holes. We can also prepare a data sheet report to guide you on the installation process. Domed eyelets can be produced in various colors, selected from our color chart.
