TR 1600 snap fasteners are made of brass. The product is resistant to rust. The TR 1600 system snap fasteners are used in jackets, jeans, coats, and overcoats – essentially, they bring the two edges of thick fabrics together to allow for closing and opening.
The TR 1600 snap fastener consists of 4 parts:
These are:- TR 1600 bottom three pieces (54 flap pieces)
- TR 1600 female snap fastener piece
- TR 1600 male snap fastener piece
- TR 1600 leg snap fastener piece
Application:
With special fastening molds;
- It is fastened using a hand press,
- a hand-operated machine,
- and motorized and automatic machines.

By conducting TR 1600 tests on the mock-ups you send to Ata Manufacturing, we can provide clear information about the product's usability. It is important that there is no difference in thickness at the installation location. We can also provide you with a report on how to install it by preparing a data sheet. TR 1600 snap fasteners are only available in nickel-free and black nickel-free versions.
