TR 500 snap fasteners are made of brass. The product is resistant to rust. The 61-system snap fastener is used in jackets, jeans, coats, and overcoats – essentially, it's a material that allows thick fabrics to be closed and opened by bringing the two edges together.
The TR 500 snap fastener consists of 4 parts:
These are:- Mini TR 500 (54 caps for the bottom three parts),
- Large TR 500 (61 caps for the bottom three parts),
- TR 500 female,
- TR 500 male,
- TR 500 aluminum pin,
Application:
With special fastening molds;
- It is fastened using a hand press,
- Land-operated machine,
- Motorized and automatic machines.
Size:
The 61-cap system, produced in various sizes and dimensions, can be manufactured by Ata İmalat according to the dimensions specified in the reference table.

Features:
We can provide clear information about product usage by performing 61 cap trials on the mock-ups you send to Ata Manufacturing. It is important that there is no difference in thickness at the mounting location. We can also provide you with a report on how to mount it by preparing a data sheet. Color variations for 61 caps can be selected from the plating color chart and produced in the desired colors.
